RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Deborè, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service at support@deborè.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item)

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return steps above and indicate your desired replacement.
  • If the new item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email clear photos of the item and the packaging to support@deborè.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if necessary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment provider.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@deborè.com
